Pavilion, Old Trafford: view, shade and what to expect
The Pavilion is for eligible Lancashire members and member-arranged guests with a valid Pavilion Terrace ticket; guests seated elsewhere do not gain Pavilion access. Domestic guest vouchers exclude Roses T20 and The Hundred. Arrange the named match ticket with your member host, then choose the terrace, room or balcony your entitlement includes.

The view
Pavilion Terrace
The terrace gives you the James Anderson End perspective, looking towards the Media Centre and Brian Statham End. It is the named seating area for the member-guest route. Compare the actual row’s cover and view in the seat viewer, and arrange a designated wheelchair position through the Ticket Team rather than buying an ordinary row.
Members’ Suite
This is a Pavilion members’ room with refreshment facilities, separate from simply choosing a public seat elsewhere. Prime, Flexi and Standard membership include the room; Lite has no members-area access. Eligible Pavilion Terrace guests can enter the members’ area. Work out the route between the room and your permitted seating so breaks fit around the sessions.
Middle Balcony
Members can book an upgrade for County Championship and One-Day Cup matches on a match-by-match basis. The club says further details will be confirmed. Ask which fixture and seat are available and what the upgrade costs; a general membership or guest ticket does not automatically reserve this balcony.
1864 Suite
The 1864 category gives domestic access to its suite, subject to availability and excluding The Hundred. The club currently describes 1864 Executive as available for renewals, with Executive and County options handled by the membership team. Confirm the suite entitlement and any guest arrangement directly; book the 1864 Suite under its own entitlement and arrange any guest access with the team.
Covered and exposed seating give a mix of morning light, with afternoon sun facing this end. AccessAble records lift-served suite floors and designated viewing in several rooms, with small balcony thresholds in some areas. Discuss the complete seat, lift and toilet route before booking. Ask about any rail or overhang restriction affecting your chosen position.

Food, drink and toilets
Members’ rooms provide their own food and drink arrangements. Establish which room you can use and whether you are paying at the bar or have a named dining package. A member-guest ticket provides its stated access; it does not by itself include a meal. Leave time to return to your seating before the next session.
Adapted toilets are recorded on Pavilion levels, with lift routes in the commissioned surveys. Ask the team for the facility closest to your permitted room and seating. Bring food only within the ground’s bag rules; brought-in alcohol, unsealed drinks, glass or metal bottles and cans are prohibited.
Who it suits
The Pavilion is a rewarding choice for eligible members and hosted guests who enjoy following the bowling from an end and spending a day close to the club’s rooms. County cricket gives you time to enjoy the setting and settle into the sessions.
Agree the ticket category and meeting point with your host before travelling. Book any balcony upgrade separately so everyone knows which area they will be using.
How to get in
Start with the current membership and guest rules. Prime, Flexi and Standard include Pavilion members’ areas; Lite does not. Members should arrange the match ticket for their category and use the Pavilion Terrace route for eligible guests. Guest vouchers apply to domestic days except Roses T20 and Hundred; separate international guest categories require an accompanying member.
The current 2027 New Zealand IT20 booking lists Member Guest including Pavilion access, priced at £112. The linked 2027 tariff lists Pavilion Terrace at £109 for the Pakistan ODI, £31 for the women’s Australia IT20 and £30 per day for Lions–Australia. Prices depend on the seat category shown when you book. Last checked: October 2026.
Confirm Middle Balcony upgrades and 1864 entitlement through the Ticket Team on 0161 282 4000, option 1. For a major match, have your account and guest details ready when the eligible window opens, then check the room access stated on the ticket.
Pavilion Package and Executive Boxes
