How to buy at each ground

Lord’s

MCC’s public ballot for 2027 internationals opened on 2 September and closes on 26 October 2026. It is free to enter without card details. First-round results follow in early November, with buying windows from 17 November; unclaimed seats may reach a second round. Members’ public-stand priority is a separate allocation: Full MCC Members have a window from 10:00 on 27 October to 17:00 on 29 October, followed by other eligible groups from 30 October to 3 November. The Members’ Friends’ Enclosures ballot is another route for those enclosure seats. MCC has given both 10 and 15 December for general sale, so check the official ticket site before the day.

The Oval

Surrey members have first access to the men’s Ashes Test and women’s Ashes IT20, with their allowance and buying window tied to their account. The public ballot opened on 2 September and closes on Sunday 15 November 2026. Results are due on 23 November and successful entrants can buy from 24 November. The ballot also covers Surrey’s Blast London derby against Middlesex. Remaining international seats are due for general sale on 8 December. Use Surrey’s official exchange for returned seats; it closes twenty-four hours before the match. The World Test Championship Final has a separate process, with ticket information TBC, so the Ashes is the featured match in this table.

Edgbaston

Warwickshire’s 2027 priority sequence began with renewing 1882 Full Club members on 3 September, then new 1882 and Next Gen members on 7 September. B5 White Ball followed on 15 September; Priority Club, Bears Pass and PHX Pass on 17 September. Eligible previous England–Pakistan Test buyers followed on 22 September. These windows opened at 10:00. The public ballot ran from 2 September to midnight on 29 September, with winners selected on 30 September and their buying window opening at 10:00 on 1 October. Remaining seats go on general sale at 10:00 on 14 October. Returned seats belong on the official exchange; domestic and Hundred tickets have their own routes.

Old Trafford

Eligible Lancashire members have priority before the public sales windows. The ballot ran from 2 September to midnight on 29 September 2026. Successful applicants were due to hear around 2 October, with a second-chance window on 7 October. Remaining seats go on general sale on 14 October; the opening time is TBC. The published ballot allows up to six tickets for a fixture. Family categories require at least one under-18 in the booking, so choose the category as well as the stand. Use the club’s official resale route for returned tickets. The England Lions fixture is conditional on Australia not reaching the World Test Championship Final; its daily admission is a different product from an England Test.
