Questions about a guide
Off to the Cricket is an independent visitor guide to England and Wales’s county grounds. We help readers compare seating, sun and shade, travel, county membership, ticket routes and the rest of a cricket day. Send a guide question with the ground, stand and competition in mind: a county afternoon and an international evening can have different arrangements.
If a price, rule or access detail looks out of date, include the exact page address and the relevant sentence. A link to the club’s current notice, ground regulations or transport operator’s timetable helps us check it. Where two official pages differ, send both links and the match you are planning; that gives us the context to follow up.
Tickets, hotel bookings and ground access
For an existing ticket purchase, use the county club’s official ticket office or the provider named on your confirmation. Give them the booking reference, fixture and seat category. The tickets directory links to each live ground’s official buying route, and the visitor hub provides the club’s own source links.
Arrange accessible viewing, a companion ticket, essential equipment and an arrival route directly with the ground before buying the rest of the trip. The ground guides link to their accessibility pages. Hotel, parking and rail changes should be handled with the company that took the booking, using its published terms.
Privacy and your message
Please send only the information needed to answer your enquiry. A page address and a short description are usually enough for a correction; keep payment-card details and unnecessary personal information out of the message. We use the information you provide to respond and deal with the matter, as explained in Privacy and cookies.
For a privacy request, email the same address and explain the information or use you want us to consider. The site is operated by Does Your Duck Quack, 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN. You can write to that address as well as contacting us by email. Read how we handle corrections if your message concerns a guide.
